YOGA ---- FOR HEALTH AND SOUL

Yoga is a Sanskrit word, which means the science of discipline to meditation for the spiritual realization.Outside India however yoga has remained to be associated as a branch of physical exercise.There are many Hindu texts rich about yoga but the best is of course Bhagavat Gita and Patanjali Yoga.There are also various schools of Yoga, but the major is Hath Yoga and second is Raj Yoga.
Hath Yoga has teachings as to how to control your own body to reach HIM whereas Raj Yoga has teaching how to reach HIM through your actions or daily profession.
Yoga since it is old school of religion has it’s own influence in Buddhism, and it is apparently clear from the way the Buddhism is practiced in China and Tibet.
Although Yoga was to be science for attaining HIM, it is widely practiced now to discipline the body. The persons practicing Yoga experience good health, relaxation from fatigue, development of spiritual level and live in the world without being moved by loss of expectations.
Yoga brigs down the stress, boost physical strength, tolerance of pain and enhancing daring mind, bestows the sense of harmony with yourself and the world around you.
It is now common in India and other countries that corporate sector organize Yoga classes for their executives so that they can work more efficiently.
It is however absolutely necessary that Yoga should be learnt from a person who has excellent knowledge of this branch.
