FEMALE INFIRTILITY – CAUSES AND REMEDIES

Infertility as the word suggests is the abnormality that a woman and man have when woman fails to conceive, in spite of well-timed and unprotected sex since 12 months.
Female infertility when associated with the woman is in majority due to the ovulation problems. Irregular menstrual periods or absence of the menstrual periods are the signs of ovulation problems.
There are some common factors, which cause the ovulation problems and infertility as a result, like age, diet, emotional background and stress.
As the woman reaches the age of 35 the biological clock is set to produce less eggs and hence the infertility may be induced.
The common factors which are responsible for infertility can be poor diet and lifestyle which does not allow the rest for the woman.
Complications from surgery may cause infertility, and alcohol and tobacco smoking are certainly responsible for infertility and that has been medically proved.
Over exercise and emotional stress lead to abnormal ovulation and lead to infertility.
But the inventions in the medical field have found their way for this problem, they can regularize the menstrual cycles, cure the ovulation problems, and the women’s eggs can be made stronger enough for the conception.
Correction of the diet and lifestyle that is what woman has to do herself.
Infertility cannot be woman’s only problem; sometimes the problem may have man’s part too involved like sperm ejection or unhealthy germs in the sperm.
Infertility is not only a physical problem sometimes it is the leading cause for breaking the marriage.
We must understand that although infertility can be treated medically, it needs more of the family support especially the support of spouse, after all we are dealing with the living being not a machine.
