BACK PAIN – EVERY MENS PAIN

There are some pains, which every workingmen and women are complaining about, sometimes they are complaining loudly to their doctors. One is a headache, and the other is back pain.
Back pain is second to headache in the complaints sections. Almost four out of five people, usually younger persons are complaining about this type of pain, older people have this pain lasting for days.
Back pain is entirely result of habits of working or physique of the patients. Usually bad sitting habits, excessive weight and lack of physical exercise are the common reasons. The younger women catch the back pain after the pregnancy.
The back pain is so troubling that it can disturb the sleep, bringing other problems, lifting the objects from the floor becomes very painful. And in some cases problems with bladder or bowels may occur.
There are some common measures, which one can take.
If you are forced to stand for a long time, try to keep your one leg on the lower stool to take off the load from your back.
If your job demands you to sit in the chair for a long time, try to stand up and move around every half-an-hour. Also keep changing your posture every time you feel strained.
If you have to deal with heavy objects, push rather than pull. Do not try to put excessive loads on your back in a challenging manner.
But if you are interested in Yoga, you will get the best physical exercise; some of the Yoga exercises are designed to combat the back pains.
And last but the not the least, always wear flat shoes or footwear or at least low heeled shoes.
