If you have ever seen a real skeleton or fossil in a museum, you might think that all bones are dead. Although bones in museums are dry, hard, or crumbly, the bones in your body are different.
The bones that make up your skeleton are all very much alive, growing and changing all the time like other parts of your body. Almost every bone in your body is made of the same materials.
When you were a baby, you had tiny hands, tiny feet, and tiny everything! Slowly, as you grew older, everything became a bit bigger, including your bones.
A baby's body has about 300 bones at birth. These eventually fuse (grow together) to form the 206 bones that adults have. By the time you are about 25, this process will be complete. After that happens, there can be no more growth- the bones are as big as they will ever be.
All of these bones make up a skeleton that is both very strong and very light. Strengthen your skeleton by drinking milk and eating other dairy products like low-fat cheese or frozen yogurt. They all contain calcium, which helps bones harden and become strong.
Be active! Another way to strengthen your bones is through exercise like running, jumping, dancing and playing sports.
Be kind to your bones and they will treat you right.

WEIGHT LOSS FOR VEGETARIANS
A vegetarian diet consists of vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains. Since they all have almost low fat, this makes an ideal for the weight losers.
But there are some risks also; the vegetarians rely upon the full-fat dairy products like whole mils and cheese to make out the animals proteins. If one wants to use the milk products, and it is necessary also, than make a careful choice of low fat products. Also use the cooked vegetables, boiled vegetables, microwave vegetables, instead of fried to get rid of fat and calories.
This will save hundred of calories and many grams of fat.
There is some problem also being 100% vegetarian.
By not eating any fat products, the vegetarian fat-free diet has a low-satiety value, especially , the persons who has decided to change from mixed diet or non-vegetarians to full vegetarians diets. The person may start over-eating in an attempt to feel full and therefore the person may end up adding the weight instead of losing.
So try to keep your fat 30% of the calories you need.
So study your diet and a balanced diet of fat and non-fat diet works the best, do not go to the extremes.
And last but not the least.
No weight loss program works unless you do some moderate exercise.

SHOPPING BLUES---AN EXPERIENCE.
If women liked shopping, then equally men despise it, and even if men like shopping they call it research rather than shopping.
Admittedly most men do not like shopping, with some exceptions. When a shopping appeal has been filed the men shall find out every excuse to avoid the shopping expeditions.
After a lot of coaxing and cajoling the men may proceed but in the form of an escort or a living teller machine rather.
Some malls have invented a new way of making shopping an agreeable experience, they have set a crèche for men, with newspaper, TV and tea café.
The experience has been successful and men would rather accompany their wives, straight to part away in the shopping mall, each one to their own targets.Bringing men for shopping has an advantage, when the minds of wives is divided for the selection of the two or three things appearing same , the help of men can be taken, and the decisive vote is obtained.
Another benefit being if the articles voted by the men turns out to be bad choice , the blame can be turned on them.
So enjoy shopping with your men.

VITAMIN C ---BOOST UP YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Had you been to vacations lately? Then you must have noticed that cold and fatigue have come with you.
Although, common medicines over the counter is a common things, there is something which is very cheaper and handy and too without any side effects.Vitamin C from citrus, especially from limes where is abundant.
Though Vitamin C does not prevent the cold in fact there is no cure to cut the cold cycles immediately, but Vitamin C shortens the cycle of cold.
And Vitamin C is also stress killer, it is well known as the body’s immune system booster.
But that is not enough Vitamin C has something more to mention. When the person is under stress, a particular hormone namely Cortisol is produced, which quickly releases the energy to fight the stress. But then Cortisol’s long presence can also bring negative effects.
Vitamin C even out this Cortisol and keeps it under limit.
So next time if you feel tired instead of taking some medicines, take some juice of oranges, lime, lemon and make yourself fit again.
Nature has made enough arrangements for the humans and vegetation to support each other.
