MS is not hereditary though genetics may play some decisive role in determining the susceptibility of the MS.
MS is a very slow progressing disease and that majority of the persons affected by MS are not forced to use wheel chair.
MS may have different types of versions in different persons, and the acuteness may also differ, some attacks are discrete and so are progressing in very slow way.
MS is very difficult to diagnosis in the first stage, in fact, it can be diagnosed only when the person is examined and other possibilities are ruled out one by one.
Since the cause of MS is not certain, the cure is also difficult. In fact , there is not sure cure for MS.
But some measures like acupuncture, yoga, massage etc may reduce the severity of the attacks and prevent permanent disability from the disease.
